Was there and saw kids of every age walking the strip. I'd like to hear how the parents explained to their 9-10 year old kids all the debauchery going on.

It's not.
The only thing that's changed is that there are more diversions for the kiddies to small to leave at home while the folks blow junior's college fund.

and not everyone considers the gambling bit all that debauched, really. also, i doubt the hookers are going to be going after nine year olds any time soon, so that's not exactly gonna be an issue either.
