Oh wow! hawaii! That sounds awesome.

Not really. I mean there are lots of places I want to visit. I haven't because time and money are not unlimited. I go where I can, when I can make the time.

I guess, Grand Canyon. Mostly put off because of other plans.

What part of your life is the most challenging?
Go.. it is gorgeous!

I guess right now.. today.. my job.

What TV commercial always makes you laugh when you see it?

The one where the dude drops the viagra and it rolls into the car...

What TV show do you watch over and over, even though you've seen all the episodes many times?

Either Star Wars, Animal House, or Casablanca. Or maybe Monte Python and the Holy Grail. Or African Queen. Or....

Do you have a movie that you frequently quote?

It was more of a British TV serial, Hitchiker's guide to the galaxy. It was originally broadcast on TV in episodes, then the episodes were edited (for time) and put onto a 1.5 hour video.
"I may, or may not, be Magikthise."
"We demand rigidly defined areas of doubt and uncertainty!"
"The mere thought hadn't even begun to speculate about the merest possibility of crossing my mind."
...and so on. though I ad-lib and modify the line to fit in with the subject matter on hand. It must be Sunday, I never could get the hang of Sundays.

What is the most funny/poignant/thought-provoking line from a movie for you?

"Hey, don't knock masturbation. It's sex with someone I love.":D

What is your favorite sex scene in a regular movie (not porn)?

Knitting. I own enough yarn to knit a sweater for a house.... Or a boat.... Maybe a houseboat. :)

(Not counting sailing or sex) what would be your favorite way to spend a Sunday off?

:confused: you mean there is something besides sailing and sex????

:D

Playing computer games, reading, watching good TV, even doing some chores (maybe a cool DIY project?).

Is your job a grind or is it something you basically like?

It is something I basically like. My biggest headache/chest pain/high blood pressure work issue is finding a parking space. It is a poorly designed area.

Do you eat sushi?

Not if I can help it. I've had raw fish before, so that doesn't upset me per se. I can't explain further without taking up yards of text.

Name a scene/movie that you really liked, "except for that one scene!" (in some way disappointed by another part of the movie).

I do! I really like sushi. I've made sushi rolls (with tuna and some other stuff). I've eaten Sushi in some great places. What surprises me now, is that you can increasingly find decent (not great, but decent) sushi in the most mundane places...like Krogers!

So, I watched Godfather II last night (again). I really like the godfather series, but there a few scenes that just drive me nuts. They seem out of context, or something. For example when Michael goes with Fredo and the U.S. dignitaries to the live sex show. Just so out of character. I know they used it to reveal Fredo's betrayal, but it could have been done another way easily.

How much thought do you typically give to your answers on threads like this?

How much thought do you typically give to your answers on threads like this?

More thought goes into asking the questions rather than answering the previous question. That is, if I'm inclined to post a reply, if not then my making up a question is moot. More often than not, the answer comes out in a rush then I sit there and think "Okay, the easy part is over..." Which makes it rather irksome when, after I put so much thought into it, that someone gives a lame, simple "no" or "I choose both." as a reply. Even more frustrating is when I realize that I took too long to come up with a question that my posting will seem out of place.
(long story short; I sweat the small shit)

Do you like to go outside of your comfort zone for entertainment?

I think I a curious about trying new things for sure, doesn't everyone?

Are you likely to try something different this week?

probably not. It's hard to find new things in town, and I'm not leaving town. But, never say never...

What is strangest thing you've ever tried?

Whelp, the strangest thing I ever tried was probably going into a gay bar. I didn't know it was a gay bar, I mean it didn't have a flashing neon sign saying "GAY BAR" or nothing. Funny thing is there were guys and girls likewise in there.
A regular "police academy blue oyster bar" moment.

What is the BEST thing that ever happened to you?

:D That's a good story!

Birth of my kids.

Where do you go to get away from it all?

Thanks, I don't mind telling it, because it IS so funny. It was even funnier experiencing it first hand.

Where do I go? ...why, to Literotica, of course!! (did I get a royalty check for advertising this place?? No? Dang!) Seriously. I don't go out too much nowadays. I work to unwind. I don't have work, I come here and get tensed up. :p

Name a chore you LIKE to do.

I kind of like doing the dishes. It's well defined, it has an end. It's clearly useful.
I kind of like mowing the lawn too, similar reasons.

What's your favorite city?

What's your favorite city?

Hrm. THAT'S a toughie. Been to a LOT of cities (I hope towns count too?).
I've like Rotterdam (Holland) for it's architecture, the miniature city, etc.
I've like Cold Spring Harbor (NY) for it's shops and snacks.
I've never felt more at home when I was in Allentown (Pa)
and I think I relaxed the most in Key West (Fl)
There's three or four more at least but I'll try to be brief. (TOO LATE!)

of all of them... hrm, I'll pick... Key West.

Where would you love to go, (if money was no object and you had available time to go as you please) anywhere in the world.

I'll pick China tonight.

What adventure would you love to do if you had the time and money?
