No, whiite conservatives are not second or third (no third class citizen even exists by the by) citizens. For the most part you still run everything still control everything worth controlling. The fact that you have to on occasion treat other people like they are actually people does not constitute an unveiled and unrelenting assault. Nor are you blamed for everything. There are definitely problems in the country that fall squarly on the shoulders of social conservatives (I think black religous people are every bit if not more virulent when it comes to gay rights, abortion, evolution and sex ed. The latter two being clear signs of poor education. But I digress)

Reviled scapegoats? Sorry, you've got your races flipped again. That duty still falls primarily to blacks and hispanics not whites and not conservatives. You haven't heard many complaints because it's not a real problem and not something that they can gin up a whole lot of scare with.
