Workout or sex? OK, fine...

I feel no compelling need to shower after sex. We will "wipe up" some...when it's been particularly...good...(messy is good!).

I also don't feel compelled to shower before hand (frankly, I have enjoyed it when my SO was just finished with a work out...).

I try to shower regularly, wear deodorant, brush my teeth and otherwise follow good personal hygiene habits. My SO does the same.

I think it's sexy to feel healthy physically. It feels good to get your heart rate up and break a sweat.
