Nba 2014

Spurs started their Rodeo Road trip with a loss. Age is finally starting to catch up. The Western Conference is brutal. Spurs 7th seed, Thunder 8th seed?????

Thunder gonna have to play butts off to get to 8. That unbelievable 3 Davis hit the other night to beat them Gabe pelicans the tie breaker. So Thunder essentially has to get a game up on NO to advance. Not to mention Suns. But suns have brutal final 10 games. Going to be very fun to watch!!:)

Nba 2015

Rooting for the Spurs to beat the billion dollar Clippers....

Yeah, I'd call you crazy.

John Wall is the best point guard in the playoffs. Bradley Beal is underrated. And The Truth is playing ball. Cleveland can't match up against their bigs. Chicago don't have enough. And Atlanta is having a hard time against the Nets.

How do they stop Lebron?

#WhiteMenCanJump: Connaughton records 44-inch vertical

http://www.foxsports.com/nba/story/...d-notre-dame-orioles-pitcher-slam-dunk-051415

"The basketball classic "White Men Can't Jump" was released in March 1992. Pat Connaughton would not be born for another nine-plus months . . . just in time for the film's release on VHS.

But on Thursday, the 22-year-old former Notre Dame swing man had the basketball world buzzing and Twitter referencing the Wesley Snipes-Woody Harrelson comedy, thanks to something no one saw coming.

Indeed, #WhiteMenCanJump.

At the NBA Draft Combine in Chicago, Connaughton registered a whopping 44 inches in the vertical jump, hurdling the field and finishing just 1.5 inches short of the record, set by Kenny Gregory out of Kansas in 2001."

Forty four inches? Forty four? Now I've seen everything. I guess some white men can jump. One, anyway. :)

The script has already been written. He wins one for Cleveland. It was part of the Miami deal.

I am not sure how they can win it all, with a depleted team....amazing. But the East sucks compared to the West....looking like Golden State

Lets see, Mitch Kupchak is a lousy GM when Jerry West isnt helping him. A once proud franchise nobody seems to want to go to these days....sad.

Small market teams now the teams to beat.....Cleveland, OKC, San Antonio, Milwaukee, possible Miami, DC, but not New York or LA lakers. Amazing....

I think it's more exciting for the league when players are more concerned about winning championships than playing for a team in a glitzy city.

Pat Connaughton was drafted in the second round by Brooklyn and traded to Portland. I think he's a bit of a sleeper. Seems to me he has more interest in the NBA than in MLB, even though all the experts say he's better at baseball. I think he's the type who likes to prove people wrong.

Cleveland should be outstanding wire to wire next season. Their owner is spending the money to make it so. Looks like he'll be paying luxury taxes out the kazoo. Worth it for a championship.

Concerned about my Spurs. Aldridge is taking a 2nd meeting with the Lakers. Going to meet with the Heat now. We gave away Splitter for essentially nothing. If we don't get Aldridge we are worse than last year. Everyone says they would love to play for Pop, yet no one runs to join us.

I can't imagine why he's taking a 2nd meeting.

I agree but it is damn nerve racking waiting. He played at UT so he would essentially be going home. The Lakers have no future until Kobe retires. His massive salary and health handicaps them. Lilliard is now heading down to LA to meet up with Aldridge to try and convince him to stay in the Rose City. Going to be interesting.

They'll have high draft picks for the next few years.
