I bought some bike tools, a new bike seat, and an air pump. Now I just have to find a way to prop the sucker up so I can clean and lube it. I'm all greasy/dirty from bike fixing and the new seat is super comfy! :D

And I should be getting the basket today, so I can bring the dog along for bike adventuring!

!! I wonder if she'll keep them on. This basket also doesn't have a leash clip so I'll have to figure something out to attach to her harness. The little thing is too brave for her own good. I can just imagine her jumping off the basket to chase some animal or another.

No kidding but by the same token, if you crash she may be better off unsecured, I don't know but yeah....attach her and I like you're using a harness instead of a collar.

They keep them on but I wonder what it does to their sight and senses. Ive seen dogs with them and they seem not to mind I guess.

If you were local, you could borrow my Park PCS-1 stand.

What better way to spend time on a 93° ( 34°C ), 60% humidity day than 2½ hours of singles tennis?

Christ, my fucking legs are about dead after riding 43 miles on Wednesday, running 5 miles yesterday and now this.

I'm gonna go eat some baaaaaad food. I've earned the right.

You know, I never thought there would be a worse song than "This Is How We Roll" by FL/GA Line. However, Sam Hunt has made strides with that piece of shit Waste Your Time song or whatever the fuck it's called. It's like a holocaust for my ears.

We speak English (mostly) on the GB. Go peddle your crazy elsewhere.

It's just after 6 AM Saturday morning. I'm in bed and I've been laying here awake thinking about work. Thinking about certain individuals and their attitude towards others. And it was pissing me off. So I'm trying to think of ways to go about sorting it out, so that everything is all cool for everyone and we can all move on. Meanwhile my mind is making jokes along the way and I realise. It's fucking Saturday morning. Why the fuck are you thinking about work? Think about important shit like mini marshmallows on your hot chocolate for fuck's sake.

So what this is usually code for is that a site allows positive articles about Obama but won't let racists call him "nigger" (or any of the other more inventive wingnut epithets) in the comments. Is there something more interesting in this particular complaint? What exactly have they been "censoring"?

NPR moderation is inchoate and completely unpredictable— which, along with the whole idea of censorship, makes it annoying and obnoxious. You can never tell what the hell they're going to cut.

That has the effect of making one leery of spending much time working on comments, providing citations and links. What's the point when some anonymous censor might make a completely subjective judgment that the comment is somehow objectionable?
