It is coming up on summer and this is important. If this starts to get out of hand, I will make a poll.

Oh my.

I knew this was going to get ugly, but, damn.

I take the blame. I did not properly vet this thread. Someone will surely begin the question about dill or sweet relish in the salad. Bitches.

Both.

(That with regard to the mayo and cheap yellow mustard)

Just a bit of sweet pickle relish. Save the dill for your banger.

Yukon gold taters (peeled)
Duke's mayo
White vinegar
Celery
Celery seed
Salt
Pepper.

Nothing more, nothing less.

Both, light on the mustard. And, despite what my wife says, eggs.

Mine always includes both mayo and mustard. And whoever thought of making it without boiled eggs?

Sometimes I really go overboard and add olives and artichokes.

Bacon!

Bona fide home wrecker.:)

If I thought about potato salad long enough, I could vomit hands-free.

Both but you use mustard powder. I will not give up the recipe for my family potato salad though. Suffice to say it is the greatest potato salad in the history of potatoes or salad.

Hoarder.

Mine too, but in the spirit of the thread the mustard is a dab and the flavor is all Hellman's.

Artichokes? Interesting.

I would permit a few thinly sliced scallions for color.

Valid.

If it's for a picnic

then no mayo, no eggs.

With sausage

potatoes
olive oil
kielbasa
onion
garlic
red wine vinegar
beef or chicken broth
salt
pepper
parsley
