What do those countries have to do with anything. I'll bet money that Mexico is more respected on the whole than either of those two. They certainly aren't outranking America.

People on both sides of the aisle talk about the Reagan years. I remember listening to a speech by him during either the Clinton or W presidency. The American pride that Reagan had and made you feel was quite moving. It's said how now we have someone who apologizes for being American.
