Benghazi Committee: Clinton Wiped Server After Emails Deleted

“We learned today, from her attorney, Secretary Clinton unilaterally decided to wipe her server clean and permanently delete all emails from her personal server,” says Rep. Trey Gowdy.

Hillary Clinton permanently deleted emails from her personal server according to her attorney, the chair of the Benghazi Select Committee said Friday.

“Not only was the Secretary the sole arbiter of what was a public record, she also summarily decided to delete all emails from her server ensuring no one could check behind her analysis in the public interest,” Gowdy said in a statement.

In the statement, Gowdy said he did not know when the emails were deleted and that the committee was notified about the deletion on Friday.

The Benghazi Select Committee had subpoenaed Clinton’s email server for a third-party review. Last year, Clinton submitted 90,000 pages of emails to the State Department; of that cache of documents, the State Department sent 300 emails concerning Benghazi to the committee.

Clinton’s use of a personal account and server, the security of those entities, and the process her aides used to select emails to be sent to the State Department have drawn scrutiny over the last month.

I think at this point most Republicans realize there is NO Benghazi scandal, they're just going through the motions in order to placate their gullible base.

They needed something to replace the birther stuff.

Senate GOP Asking Questions About Huma Abedin’s Email Account

Senate Republicans are renewing efforts to learn why Huma Abedin, a top assistant to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, was allowed to keep working at the agency under a special, part-time status while also being employed at a politically-connected consulting firm.

The new requests are being made by Iowa GOP Sen. Chuck Grassley, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, following revelations that both women used a private Internet server and email accounts for State Department correspondence.

Grassley says the earlier requests to the department have been largely ignored, so the new ones have gone to the department’s inspector general and to Secretary of State John Kerry, seeking their involvement.

My guess is that she was openly trading favors to curate donors to the Clinton Foundation/future donors to her campaign, which is both highly illegal and unethical, and is covering up that.

Watching House of Cards season 3 (yes it's a tv show) I just couldnt help thinking, this is the Hillary and Bill show....it just seems like there is so much baggage lurking behind the scenes, and one by one it will trickle out at some point.
