Personally I don't get why any woman would get any implants (except in the case of a mastectomy).

When mine get inevitably floppier, I would be ok with fairly fake looking implants. I'll be old and cheap.
 
I think the bigger problem is when the girl doesn't have enough boobs to make the augmentation look natural. For example, if Keira Knightly decided one day that she want to upgrade to a pair of full Cs, it would probably look like a grapefruit that was sliced in half & jammed under her skin (spaced far enough apart to accentuate her sternum).

That's one of the reasons why a lot of those British models from Zoo have great boob jobs. They probably had a nice pair of Cs already when they upgrade to Ds & up.

I can't see doing it. I miss sleeping on my stomach and other things I could do before my breasts got in the way, of course I doubt I have the chest wall to support anything bigger anyway, I would more consider reduction to something where I could buy comfortable bras off the rack...

Maybe if you have implants, maybe most bras are comfortable? Saline and silicon have to be lighter than breast tissue, at least mine...
 
My friend's mom started getting work done a few years ago. Her face is a mess now and she's constantly getting lip injections that just look horrible. She had been small-busted before but got these ridiculous implants, like DD sized ones. I have no idea why either. She was so beautiful before. Sure, she was in her fifties but she was aging so gracefully. Now she's just a wreck.
