Why are women still getting bolt-on boobs?

There are a number of reasons:
1) Because they like that look. Human beings have still failed to create a collective consciousness and so different people find different looks attractive.
2) Plastic surgery is always a gamble and it can be an expensive one at that.
3) Saline breast implants are safer than silicone implants, but also tend to feel and look less natural.

No offense but they....aren't getting them to satisfy your needs or fingertips.

Or mine.

This is me agreeing with Killswitch.

I'll add that if you're at the point that you're able to squeeze a woman's tits, you should probably be past the point where the feel actually matters.

All excellent points, Never. And you're right, of course. They're just so exasperatingly odd looking, so one-off of real, that I'm wondering why they don't embrace the fakery and do something even more over the top, like make 'em blue, to match her eyes.

My sis in-law ended up with a flat and had to go into the shop for a retread.

Frankly, I can't understand going under the knife unless your life depends on it.

Yes, when a saline implant breaks, it quickly leaks out and the saline is absorbed by the body. This is completely harmless; it's the same stuff you get from an IV.

This means you'll quickly get a flat.

When a silicone implant breaks, it very slowly leaks out, so it could be years before a woman or her lovers noticed. This is why women with silicone implants should have chest MRIs every two years.

Silicone implants are more troublesome for two reasons
1) Silicone implants are inserted when full, as opposed to saline implants which are inserted and then filled. This means a larger insertion area is needed, so there's a larger change of surgical complications.
2) A silicone rupture won't absorb into the body, so you might get lumps of gel traveling to different areas like the armpit. This could require extra surgery to remove or removal might not be possible.

Some people worry that silicone implants might cause cancer if they leak. Thus far, there's been no connection found between the current generation of silicone gel used and cancer. Studies are ongoing, and it will likely be another 20-30 years before we can be sure.

I think it's something most women understand even if it's not something they're interested in doing.

I don't really. unless it's disfiguring or affecting your health.

I find it hard to wrap my head around.

Fuck if I know. I've always wondered why a woman would be happier with man made breasts, when the ones God made, were not good enough.

The funny thing is that women will only naturally have those pumped up porn star looking boobs when they are pregnant or just after they have given birth.
