Yeah. There are many questionable and dangerous factors - but I don't think at the present time it is true to say the Feds - or any agency - are actually 'all over the place' at all.

They would love to BE all over the place.

Besides which, criminal law is still criminal law, and it is a fact that not everything people do is against the law in spite of propaganda to the contrary.

For example, it is not illegal to trade (real business) with Russia or Russians; but you still might yet want to keep what you are doing secret.

The new TOR systems and processes and many new DW communications pathways are way more advanced than the media has any knowledge of.
