I can't put on weight

Cut back or stop smoking, that usually works for most people.

Use the money you save for great food or something fun.
 
Lay down on your stomach and plenty of LIT Ladies will fight each other to climb atop your ass....each guaranteed to weigh more than 200 pounds.
 
Increase your caloric intake steadily with proteins, veggies with starches and dense breads. Adding healthy oils to your cooking as well. Skip the crappy foods and beverages and focus on building muscle mass not cardio in the gym.

I think it works out to about 3500 calories per day to gain 1lbs per week.
 
Take the cigarette out of your mouth occasionally and then eat .
 
If you eat enough, you'll gain. To gain weight in the past, I'd sometimes eat close to 6000 calories a day. Not good for long term and you have to eat constantly. Lowfat or no fat sugary candies or soda give a boost but like I said not good for long term. I'd never do that more than a month at a time.
 
I've tried man, any suggestions? I'm 6ft 7in and weigh 9 and half stone

All you need are lessons from an expert. I can do it with my eyes closed. I can do it in my sleep I can do it in my chair I can do it any where. I will eat (green) eggs and ham, hell yes I will Sam I am. And I have the proof. Lots and lots of proof.

Different problem than I first thought.

Do you have opposable thumbs? Picking up the weight to put it on might be difficult if you've only got fingers. Using both hands is really your only option if you're missing thumbs. (apologies if you're missing hands as well. I'm trying to be sensitive to your condition).
 
Have you considered getting our nicotine in suppository form?
 
You need to take in more calories. I had a friend that would drink a 500 calorie meal replacement shake before going to bed along with another when he woke up.

Try the Welsh slateminers diet. They used to leave their homes in the valleys and walk up the mountain for a weeks work sleeping underground after each 12 hour day.

Their weekly rations were doled out on a Monday and consisted of 5 quartons (about 11 loaves of bread) and 5 pounds of lard (rendered pig fat) If they wanted anything else it had to wait till they went home on Sundays.

Ok, first off, Eeew. Secondly, Nicotine gum has 5cal per little square thingy. Not that I obsessively count calories or anything. I don't know if you have to swallow it to get that, but I always counted it as if chewing it had the calories in it. For the five seconds I actually chewed it before I just went back to smoking.

Edit: Also, if you actually think that the nicotine is acting as an appetite suppressant, remember that it suppresses for 2 hours for every cig. I've got 2 relatives that use cigarettes as part of their bullshit thought schemas in relation to their anorexia, so I've had to memorize that. So if you want to have an appetite, don't smoke within a couple hours of a meal. If you have to have an appetite. I don't eat because I'm hungry. I eat because there's food. Because food. I mean, right?

Edit: And can Europeans PLEASE stop measuring things in "stone"s and then acting like they're better than us with their metric system? If you're gonna have a stone we can have a hogshead. That's some bullshit. Trying to watch Spersize vs Superskinny and have no idea what the fuck anybody's talking about...
