Once walking fron atty's office to federal court in downtown houston. They made me where a dress, it had a full skirt, tight waist. Well as we were walking and chatting a huge wind came rushing thru the streets, yes it went flying up over my head. The catcalls, whistles and hollars from all the steel workers made me play it a little longer. My boss rushed to grab the dress and pull it down. It made for an interesting day in court.
And yes. . . No panties.

Been there and had that happen. Being in the downtown area with the wind whirling around those buildings in who knows what direction can definitely play havoc on us when we’re wearing something with a full skirt. Just walking along with little or no wind blowing and as I approach an intersection, whoosh, the wind whirling around the end of the building suddenly has my skirt up in my face. Somewhat embarrassing, yet rather thrilling at the same time knowing everyone around is getting a nice view of what I’m wearing underneath.

Being the weekend, panties. For work I most often wear a dress or skirt. Though bare legged is the preferred style I still enjoy wearing hosiery. Often for work I’ll be wearing a garter belt and stockings, with panties. Occasionally I'll wear panty hose. I enjoy feeling girly and feminine. Knowing I’m wearing something pretty and dainty underneath helps me have that feeling. I have these to help me feel pretty and feminine, some with the matching bra and panties. Of course, if my skirt comes up everyone will see more panty than garter belt since I wear my panties over my garter belt.
