I'm a single mom going to college with my sister. A couple weeks ago, I asked my neighbor, a nice guy, if he could watch the kids for two hours while i went to class and my sister wasn't home, and he agreed. If he babysits and doesn't accept pay, can I sue him for child support because he took on a fatherly role??
I'm sure i can convince a court that he accepted a fatherly role, which is how who owes child support is determined in my state...
The real dad died in a car accident almost 7 years ago.

How long will it be before the courts realize male babysitters make for another class of juicy financial prey for feminists to bleed dry?

Can`t people think of any better than how to fuck over someone else for money? Must be American becuase it seems one of the top of the list things to do is sue somebody for some dipshit reason. I remember a scene in the movie Philadelphia (Denzel) when he's in his office and some dick asks if he can sue for falling into a well marked hole in a construction area. Man, you really can't protect yourself from other people's stupidity.

It's actually worse than this in America. In America a woman can rape an underaged boy and sue him for child support if she has a kid as a result.

And then there's paternity fraud where the wife cheats on the husband and makes him pay for the other guy's kid that results. Feminists think this is a woman's basic right and privilege: http://www.spectator.co.uk/features/6391918/whos-the-daddy/

It's not a far reach to believe that they'll find a way to nail long time (male) babysitters with child support. All you have to do is use the same argument they use for women who commit statutory rape and paternity fraud: "It's in the best interests of the kid that the babysitter chip in with child support since the kid got attached to the babysitter."

If you know America, you know that's possible here.
