Fingerprinting. Her in California you need it in general if you're gonna work with kids, drugs or large amounts of money. Or in people's homes when they aren't there. So you might go through and do an entire daycare center or all the guys at a new branch of Terminex. (You get paid by the head, honestly I could easily make MORE than $255 an hour, I think I probably topped out at around $300 at my normal prices but could push it higher if you included my various travel and set up fees.) But like I said with that set up I might work once a week or twice a week and have little control of WHEN.

We had someone earn the top pay for the months of July and August while working for a Navy laboratory as an emergency programmer: He went to the lab to fix problems over-educated programmers from MIT caused. Unfortunately, once he was fixed it, his contract ended. He know works for a healthcare company, setting up their databases, earning around $225K/year

The only way I'm getting close to that type of money is by selling drugs. Sad but true. Here they call it a good job, if you are making 15+an hour. I got in a argument with one of my cousins over that. He thought he was balling because he is making about 17 a hour., working at housing. I'm like brah, you barely making over 30k a year before taxes. And when they take taxes you not even making 30k a year. You live with your mother, so you are not paying rent. That's the only reason you can afford 250$ sneakers, 400$ shoes and 200$ jeans.. Because you don't have no other way to spend your money.. You have no responsibilities. Like most people I find it a MUCH easier to budget $1000 dollars a month (just using numbers here) than $3000 dollars one month, $500 the next, $500 the next, $250 the next, $2500 the next. I like being reasonably sure of at least X in a given time frame.

Yep. When people used to pay me for my opinions it was a lot per hour, especially if I could crib off of my previous, recent work in an area. But I only worked from about the 8-10th of the month till maybe the 20th. Hit and miss the rest of the month. No health insurance, no 401K, no vacation or sick days paid.

Blue collar job, I want more money, put in overtime instead of the required 14 days a month. I did about 17,000 hours in 5.5 years. I sold back my vacation time as well, like 3 weeks a years. So, I was able to coast a long time.
