omg, lets talk about that trip to work.

I scrunched it all up and hopped in the seat thinking I would be sitting on the hoopy things and all would be ok.

About 5 mins into the drive, one hoop on the right side sprung out and hit my coffee cup.

After fighting that back under my leg, I thought I was ok again.

While making a right turn the left side got loose and hit my turn signal. That brought much joy to my drive.

This happened repeatedly all the way to work.

So when it was time to go home, I stood in the parking lot, lifted the dress high enough to get in (its a jeep so think about how high that was) hopped into the seat while making sure I was sitting on those damn hoops.

So going home was not as bad.

The bad part was going home was during day light so you could see how I was dressed.

The looks I got was so worth it.

It went awesome!! I got an entire chair done. Now I have to have it recovered, which I had planned on doing anyway. I have before pictures but am going to wait until I can put them next to the after shots. I'll post them in the Girly Thread.

It is for makeup but there was no place for me to post about refinishing furniture so I just posted it there. Maybe when the chair is done I'll sit in it and take a pic of me in it holding all my makeup and post it in the girly thread.
