2014 Negro Hunting Season in Missouri

Or, you could put your foot on the go pedal of your Police Cruiser, move to a safe distance, call in a disturbance and request backup.

Police training emphasizes being at a tactically superior and safe position from a perceived threat.
Let us know how that works out for you when you've been having your head repeatedly smashed in to the pavement and your attacker, who is intent on killing you, stands to face the single cop who's showed up.

I'm sure your relatives will be happy the cop retreated and called for backup.

From what?
It certainly is.
If Brown was not advancing on Wilson, Brown being unarmed is certainly of consequence. That would make it an unjustified shoot.
If he'd been armed, but not advancing it could certainly be a justified shoot.

The fact that a subject may be unarmed is NOT a gating factor in the decision to shoot or not. That decision is based solely on the subjects behavior and the threat to the officer.

Then it appears you think being armed or not couldn't have any bearing on the level of threat.

I can assure you I'd feel more threatened by someone pointing a gun at me and screaming obscenities than I would by someone pointing their finger at me and screaming obscenities.
Exact same behavior, being armed significantly raises the threat level.
Is that person the size of a defensive lineman?

If so, your point has some validity, the gun would make you empty even more of your bladder, but the fact remains, if a guy that size is screaming at your, pointing at you, and charging you, unless that happens to you on a regular basis, you still might be inclined to a bit of a piddle...
You really need to learn how to follow a discussion.

This is the group that believes in the presumption of innocence until guilt is proven.
A few maybe, but more often than no what I observe is those people essentially saying there's not way it wasn't justified.

All must agree that Monster Monkey is dead, and that's a victory all by itself.

You have outlined a different scenario, so your post, though heart-wrenchingly "dramatic"...is not on point and a waste of your time.

Hillary Speaks:

“Imagine what we would feel and what we would do if white drivers were three times as likely to be searched by police during a traffic stop as black drivers, instead of the other way around,” Clinton said,

“if white offenders received prison sentences 10% longer than black offenders for the same crimes, if a third of all white men — just look at this room and take one third — went to prison during their lifetime.

Imagine that.

That is the reality in the lives of so many of our fellow Americans and so many of the communities in which they live.”

Hillary should take a drive through a crack hood and see if she gets stopped...

;) ;)

... only one reason white folks there. "I ain't no ways tired!"

I took a Cadillac Allante ragtop out of the GM Press Pool at the 1990 Detroit Auto Show, dropped the top and went for a spin around Detroit.

I quickly came to understand why people don't stop at red lights on Eight Mile.

It's out to Ten mile now. The city could save a ton of money by just taking the lights down, no one in their right mind pays any attention to them anymore.

Probable cause is required for a police search.

Judges serve sentences, are all judges "racist" or is there some other reason why 1/3 end up in prison?

Only if the person says no. Police can search anyone who gives permission, probable cause or not.

Judges serve sentences, are all judges "racist" or is there some other reason why 1/3 end up in prison?
So what's your theory on the sentence disparity for the same crime?

Prior convictions. Most niggaz have 40 convictions before they spend a night in jail. You cant win with these asswipes.

You assume niggaz and whites are virgins when arrested.

When the cop says, "Do you mind if I search your vehicle," the correct answer is "Yes, I certainly do mind."

Then, if you're not white and prosperous-looking, he's going to think up a lie to create probable cause. "Have you been drinking, SIR?" "I smell methamphetamine." "Why are you so nervous when a thug like me points a gun at your head? You got something to hide?"

It would be nice if you had the whole exchange recorded, but unfortunately that's illegal now in most jurisdictions.

Sentences are disproportionate because poor people can't afford real lawyers, and the most the public defender is likely to do for them is arrange a plea bargain whether they are guilty or not. Judges are not likely to reject a guilty plea even when they strongly suspect the defendant is not guilty. They don't have time to give a shit.

More non-white people get harassed by cops because of profiling, both official and due to personal bias. After all, it IS true that prison populations are mostly non-white, so they must be more likely to be criminals, so even if the charges are phony, it's OK because they're probably guilty of something else. And then the ones who can't defend themselves plead guilty to something they didn't do and go to prison, further bolstering the theory that all non-whites are habitual criminals.

Vicious cycle, and it's not winding down any time soon.

I'm surprised to see you agreeing with me. Some of the people here, and I am one of them, believe self-defense against an imminent assault of a ongoing assault, when force is used or threatened, constitutes self-defense. This should result in a verdict of "Not guilty." The force need not be deadly; being capable of causing serious injury is enough.

Yes, the new videos and witnesses interviewed by CNN's Anderson Poopchute make it clear.
