2014 Negro Hunting Season in Missouri

There is still nothing conclusive about whether Wilson had a fracture or not. Somebody is lying but we don't know who. We do know he had a swollen and bruised face.

This is the town where they beat up a black man then charged him for bleeding on their uniforms.

This offends me - I can swim. learned when I was 5. What next, black folks don't work? Don't read?

Throb likes to talk the talk of the enlightened liberal being, but every once in a while he makes a mistake and gives us a glimpse into what he really feels...

;) ;)

All witnesses who've made statements say he was facing Wilson when he was killed.
Are you suggesting he was running backwards?

You live in Georgia, so we expect you to be racist....I guess stupid is optional, at least in theory.

I will therefore try to keep it simple.

Police are supposed to be factual and truthful in their dealings.

However, the Police have been less than forthcoming about everything important so far.

- injuries to police officer "over stated"
- "approximately 6 shots" (what, they can't count what he used??)
- first it was Wilson didn't know about the shoplifting, then he did

So, the rest of their story about what did/didn't happen, when told by the Ferguson Police...is, at best, subject to being taken with a few grains of salt, minimum.

I don't believe anything coming from the Ferguson KKK Police dept.

That being said....we now are pretty sure there were two clusters of gunfire.

This is likely consistent with Brown "changing directions".

Both "sides" say Brown changed directions.

My take on it is like this:

1. cop pulls gun while brown is nearby
2. brown runs away
3. cop fires first burst of rounds
4. some hit brown in arms etc, some miss
5. he turns, bleeding, stumbles towards cop, hands up
6. cop finishes now slower moving target off with body mass and head shots

the people rioting are rabid animals. this has nothing to do with what happened. holder is a as bad as sharpton as a racists hate monger.

I see a lot of assumptions...

Are they anything like trees?

Vinny Gambini: [to the jury] Hey, how ya doin'?
[to witness]
Vinny Gambini: Mr. Crane, what are these pictures of?
Ernie Crane: My house and stuff.
Vinny Gambini: House and stuff. And what is this brown stuff on your window.
Ernie Crane: Dirt.
Vinny Gambini: Dirt. And what is this rusty, dusty, dirty looking thing that's covering your window?
Ernie Crane: That's a screen.
Vinny Gambini: A screen! It's a screen. And what are these really big things that are right in the middle of your view of the Sac-o-Suds and your kitchen window, what do we call these big things?
Ernie Crane: Trees?
Vinny Gambini: Trees, that's right, don't be afraid just shout 'em right out when you know 'em. And what are these thousands of little things that are on trees?
Ernie Crane: Leaves.
Vinny Gambini: And these big bushy things between the trees.
Ernie Crane: Bushes.
Ernie Crane: Bushes. So, Mr. Crane, you can positively identify the defendants, for a moment of 2 seconds, looking through this dirty window, this crud covered screen, all of these trees, with all of these leaves on them, and I don't know how many bushes.
Ernie Crane: Looks like five.
Vinny Gambini: Uh, uh, uh, don't forget, this one and this one.
Ernie Crane: Seven bushes!
Vinny Gambini: Seven bushes. So, what do you think? Isn't possible you just saw two guys in a green convertable and not necessarily these two particular guys?
Ernie Crane: I suppose.
Vinny Gambini: I'm finished with this guy.

Nah, I simply repeated what my black friend said almost verbatim. Coming from a white guy, it sounded a bit sketchy, and I realized that after the fact, so I apologized.

Unlike you and Vetty, I can apologize when I'm in the wrong.

Judge Chamberlain Haller: How do your clients plead?
Vinny Gambini: My clients were caught completely by surprise. They thought they were getting arrested for shoplifting a can of tuna.
Judge Chamberlain Haller: Huh? What are you telling me? That they plead not guilty?
Vinny Gambini: No. I'm just trying to explain...
Judge Chamberlain Haller: [cutting him off] I don't want to hear explanations. I don't know how you practice law in New York, but the state of Alabama has a procedure. And that procedure is to have an arraignment. Are we clear on this?
Vinny Gambini: Yes, but there seems to be a great deal of confusion here. You see, my clients...
Judge Chamberlain Haller: Uh, Mr. Gambini?
[Motions for him to approach the bench; Vinny complies]
Judge Chamberlain Haller: All I ask from you is a very simple answer to a very simple question. There are only two ways to answer it: guilty or not guilty.
Vinny Gambini: But your honor, my clients didn't do anything wrong.
Judge Chamberlain Haller: Once again, the communication process has broken down between us. It appears to me that you want to skip the arraignment process, go directly to trial, skip that, and get a dismissal. Well, I'm not about to revamp the entire judicial process just because you find yourself in the unique position of defending clients who say they didn't do it.

They're all murderin' scum from Mizz00rah!!!

At least, they were until Comancheros came along.

Hence the need for Regular Fed'rul Authority.

Too bad you got a redlegs for the job.

And errrybody wants him to have a Fair Trial, followed by a Fair Hangin'.

Because facts . . . an' shit.

Good job counselor, as good a job of weaving what little facts are known into a semi-cogent story. But that is the job of both parties at the table.....right?

Unfortunately you've skipped an important step..........discovery. Instead you've been plucking tidbits here and there from a media that seems to have it's own agenda.

Ishmael

Ish is back to the old "waitin' for evidence" schtick now that the "orbital eye blowout" drama has been discredited.

Vinny Gambini: Your Honor, may I have permission to treat Ms. Vito as a hostile witness?
Mona Lisa Vito: You think I'm hostile now, wait 'til you see me tonight.
Judge Chamberlain Haller: Do you two know each other?
Vinny Gambini: Yeah, she's my fiancée.
Judge Chamberlain Haller: Well, that would certainly explain the hostility.
