I agree. He might be. And perhaps deservedly so. But the evidence is beginning to pile up against the deceased. Apparently the officer had some sort of eye damage. And about a dozen witnesses have corroborated his story of the deceased rushing towards him. It may not be as cut and dried as it looks on the surface. Certainly not as clear as "negro hunting season".
I'm frankly surprised at how this is going. Things are looking way better for the cop than it originally appeared they would. I still don't get why a lot of this information helpful to the cop, and damaging to Brown, wasn't released to the public earlier. Makes no sense to me.
