I am seeking feedback on a story I am writing and where to take it, anyone willing to give it a read for me?

To the best of my knowledge, the Editor's Forum is where you go when your story is finished and you are seeking an editor to edit it. It sounds like you are still in the process of writing...are you? As for where you put the story, on Lit's Story page or home page there's a link that will take you to the submissions page. You can choose which category you feel your story belongs in, and if the site owners feel it belongs elsewhere they'll place it where they see fit.
