Me too. I have to take the regular as my current insurance will not cover the CR. They also will not cover but 15 a month. I guess they figure I do not need to sleep but every other night.

Same here, WRT Ambien (covered) and AmbienCR (not covered)...unfortunately the doc asked me what I wanted, and I'd told him the CR, not realizing it wasn't covered. I do get a scrip for 30, no refills, which is fine because I only use it during busy season at work.
