I am going to copy and paste your latest additions into my main doc and send it to them
also Laurel provided me an e-mail address to send it to her as well.
thanks, @lovercraft

Update: I've sent a PM to Laurel, but sent it late last night my time and haven't heard back yet but hadn't quite expected to.
I started a thread on a "Writer's Circle" forum at Goodreads, and my Facebook posts on it have been liked, shared and received a couple of comments which I responded to, in an effort to try to keep the posts a little higher in people's feeds.
I was trying to figure out the best way to deal with the list that was assembled. Not sure it can go on Facebook, but I could probably put it on Goodreads, and on my blog, and I could direct people to my blog via Facebook. Any other ideas?
Some said she has a blog, but I imagine she has to approve all posts so that would be a waste.
It seems she already has had her profile banned here so no action here can be taken.
I've been digging through old e-mails trying to see of I can find the name of the BDSM forum she is a part of and post it there as I am sure she is using that to sell all these poorly categorized "bdsm" books she has stolen.
yeah. sorry, not feeling up to a wild goose chase. you're welcome to copy and paste those lists i've compiled and shoot them wherever you think might help.
personally i feel i've already invested more than enough of my time and effort into trying to get the attention of the powers that may be to this issue. time to move on to more constructive stuff, like writing my next story![]()
Yes, posting on her blog would be a waste unless you did a screen capture before she deleted, maybe. That's getting into more effort than I have energy for, I think.
I checked on Amazon, and the problem with reporting copyright infringement -- they have an online form -- is providing ID and all, and I'm not sure I want to do that. If they just wanted a name and email, okay, but they want your home address and everything.
I'm hoping that since I posted all of my stuff late EDT, and it's early EDT now, perhaps more action -- sharing, etc. -- will be done later today. Not sure there's much to do but spread the word.
That's why I am just going to go through the reporting inappropriate content feature.
If its stolen that would be inappropriate, right?
Mine went through copyright because my publisher handled it and gave her info she could care less, but I understand why many, myself included, would hesitate
I think that's a good way of doing it. AFAIK, she's only got the one story of mine but then I don't write in her categories of choice to steal from.
I went back to her FB page and there's an old radio interview from last August, and I clicked the link and left a comment for the guy. It's old, I know, but every little bit helps.

That's a good idea. Maybe he would like to revisit the interview and address the allegations.
Then she can tell "the world" she is 200 different people on lit including you and I.
I knew I knew you from somewhere![]()
Tell you what, the ballsiest thing about her recent FB post is that she made it after she had already been wiped from Smashwords.
She has two SW links still on the page, too.
They may be gone, but I noticed an FB user named Stan Edge had posted a couple of comments calling on her to stop the plagiarism. She'll probably delete them; I guess I could screen capture but that's not much help really.
Ah, if you click on the "Impressum" link on her FB page, it takes you to an "About" page that has her email address. Wondering if I should directly email her...
The recent posts (3) that this morning I saw tagged with plagiarism accusing comments are gone.
This is a new post started this afternoon and provides most of her information from the deleted posts. That is a taunting post. Someone questioned her gender earlier (Pilot?) From the start of this, my hubby and I both have said, "She's got a lot of balls."

I would avoid direct contact.
Retaliation is a factor. Next thing you know she is going around reporting your amazon books for made up reasons. Most likely she wouldn't get anywhere, but its a headache no one needs.
None of her smashwords links on FB work. Maybe another person can post on her timeline innocently asking why they don't. I won't use my SandraMustard FB account to do so because I don't want retaliation. For content reasons, I won't use the RL FB accounts of mine or hubby's.
If she again deletes her posts because of Stan's comments, this may provide a tool. Post comments on ALL her old posts until she has nothing left. Let's see how she ignores that drama.
I'm writing to let you know that I just removed your Plagiarism post from the Author Feedback Group a few moments ago. The rules of that group, along with other official Goodreads groups, don't allow users to specifically call out or link to other users' profiles, even when you feel that user is violating our policies.
If you believe another author has been plagiarizing your material, we take that very seriously. If you can flag the author's account or send us a message at support (at) goodreads (dot) com, we'd be happy to investigate further and work with you directly.
Please let me know if you have any questions about this.
Best regards,
Aaron
She has 243 titles at this link. I don't know if it has been noted here or not.
I hadn't seen it before. There's a guest comment there about the plagiarism. I'll leave one too.
I just left one as well
Okay, I have written to support at Goodreads, and many thanks to STG. I copied part of her list in my email.
I feel like I've done about all I can at this point. Again, if anyone can share stuff on FB, etc., please do. Getting the word out is probably the best thing we can do.
ETA: Hey, some outside help at Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Plagiarized-S...cd_dp_tp_sa_cq?_encoding=UTF8&asin=B00K989EWS
Don't know if they saw my post or just knew the story. Every little bit helps.
