I just tried that with one of my stories (Mariella's Secret) & found a match on x-hamster:

https://www.google.com/webhp?source...er+chaise+lounge+by+the+open+window.&safe=off

Google says the identical phrase from my story is on X-hamster.com (First Time Porn Stories Page 12)

I went to the link but I wasn't able to find my story. Any ideas how to proceed since that thread has over 600 pages?

If E.F. Turner wasn't given as the author, it's not lumped with this thread issue. And good luck in getting anything done. You put it on the open Internet for free. You won't find much help in getting it off hamster. Sorry about that.

I did a search on the x-hamster site & found all three of my stories. They were posted by fotisampini. He didn't even bother to change the names or anything else for that matter.

True, but xhamster is one of those places where people build their reputations on "their stories" and when they're revealed as frauds, they often delete their profile due to the onslaught of negative feedback.

It's worked there for me twice, and other similar places a handful of times.

That's good to hear. But unless E.F. Turner's name is on it at Hamster, it's irrelevant to whatever is going on the issue of this thread and is a distraction to whatever can be done about E.F. Turner.

This is what I posted on fotosampini's profile:

Hey fotisampini, why the hell are stealing my stories and posting them as your own?!? I found all three of my stories that I had on Literotica:

Baxter's Plan
Mariella's Secret
5th Anniversary to Remember

I will be contacting xhamster to report your douchebaggery.

I also posted this to each of my stories that he uploaded:

Fotisampini is not the original author of this story, I am. This is where he stole it from:

This nimrod has page after page of stories that he's posted. You may want to check to see if your stories are there as well.

Because Lit threads are so well known for staying laser-focused on topic...

Anyway, I posted links to here on my social accounts, since this is really the only place the information is being gathered.

The problem is that it isn't "later" with this thread issue--those affected are only beginning to document and the Web site management hasn't even shown up yet. And this isn't a run-of-the-mill problem. This could be a couple hundred Lit. authors. If authors begin to really think about the reality of this, the Web site's product could start drying up.

But, it doesn't affect me--because she didn't steal the topics I write on and, as I've noted, I have better leverage because I put them into the marketplace myself long before putting them on the Internet to be swiped by someone else. If the stories get swiped, I don't have to do he said/she said with Amazon--I already have a prior version of it on Amazon.

I've tried to help pull together a meaningful response to E.F. Turner here (God knows the Web site doesn't seem to be moving to do anything to protect itself or its authors). But now I'll let the thread just drift off point, I guess.

I have just spent an hour laying waste to fotisampini's profile. Every friend of her's that posted a comment about her awesome stories received an individualized post from me. Here's an example of one:

Hi iansearchof. You originally posted this to fotisampini: "For another story of initiation you might appreciate my Fishing Trip.

Just noticed that you've got yet another new story up today. You are prolific! I think I have to hate you!"

FYI, fotosampini posted three of my stories as her own. I doubt that she wrote any of the stories on her profile. Here is the link to my stories that were originally posted on Literotica:

@Mello_SixtyNine:

yes, and i checked roughly 40-50 of them so far.
rough statistics:
85% stolen
10% can't tell because no story snippet in preview to search for
5% really hers (at most. i'm being generous here)

So are you going to contact Amazon after you go through all of that?

i understand (from earlier in this thread) that there's a publishing house who have an account with Amazon and agreed to approach them with the subject.

i contacted Lit (Laurel) through the feedback link and suggested they take it up with Amazon but have not heard back.

reporting copyright violation to Amazon is something i think only the copyright holder / original writer can do (or so i gathered from their form - but maybe i'm wrong?) and anyways i don't have a pen name account on Amazon and don't want to do this under my real name, for obvious reasons...

a friend did contact most of the Lit authors thru PM and advised them about it, i know some of them had already approached Amazon.

i also sent an email to LatexStories feedback email to let them know many of their stories were stolen, maybe the site operators there would approach Amazon too.

as far as i can see none of my personal stories were stolen so there's not that much else i can do, i think... no?

I don't see why you can't just email amazon with the evidence you collected. Maybe they will do their due diligence & remove them on their own.

I couldn't find a relevant email address... I looked for a 'report abuse' link or something along those lines but couldn't find one; only the copyright complaint form which again needs to be posted one by one for every ebook and apparently by the original copyright holder.

unfortunately, that's like shooting a question to the abyss...
nobody in Amazon actually reads or responds to these.

yeah. sorry, not feeling up to a wild goose chase. you're welcome to copy and paste those lists i've compiled and shoot them wherever you think might help.

personally i feel i've already invested more than enough of my time and effort into trying to get the attention of the powers that may be to this issue. time to move on to more constructive stuff, like writing my next story :)

With the number of stories that she had listed for sale that were plagiarized from Lit, can anyone take a rough guess, based on estimated number of stories she sold multiplied by how much an author earns for each story, how much money she's actually made off this scam?

I guess I'm just wondering if this is more than just plagiarism, and actually fraud (isn't it illegal to earn money through deception?). Seems like a crime to me.

Through the legal system? Doubtful the good old USA ignores copyright laws that other countries have because we think we're special(we're really just lazy)

Now a publisher/author can try to demand the money from amazon, but again. I doubt you would get it. Maybe if it was all book from one author and it was that obvious, but this is going to be dozens of author maybe more.

Another thing is to push amazon and to push court means outing yourself as the person who wrote these stories.

The majority of what she took were non consent rape fantasies, not many are going to "own those" publicly.

As for how much she made? Hard to say some of her thefts go back to near the end of last year(mine was from Nov 2013) but as I said looking at he rpage now her rankings are abysmal.

Also she is selling most of it for well under 2.99 meaning she is only getting 35% of each sale so .35 on a .99 book maybe around .40 on the 1.29 books she would have had to sell quite a bit to make a decent amount of money.

In the end the only "justice" that can e gotten is her books taken down and she is blackballed from getting things published again.

That has already been done on Smashwords. She was on B/N Kobo and apple through SW so I am going to start checking those sites this weekend and once a week thereafter to see if she is getting on there on her won which is why I am compiling a doc with all these links so I can send to wherever I find her

That's good to hear. But unless E.F. Turner's name is on it at Hamster, it's irrelevant to whatever is going on the issue of this thread and is a distraction to whatever can be done about E.F. Turner.

Its irrelevant as far as Turner goes, but its still theft so kind of fits in.

The free sites seem easier to get something pulled. At least that has been my experience.

On every book page when you scroll down beneath the reviews there are several options just above where they show other books

Would you like to report this content as inappropriate? Click here
Do you believe that this item violates a copyright? Click here

If you click copyright they ask for an e-mail address and a lot of info

But what you can do is click inappropriate and say that you know the bok has been stolen and paste in the literotica link. IF a link cannot be sent through there(not sure if you can) then put in the name of the story and author and ask them to search on literotica or google for it.

So its a bit of an end around because they are conscious of fraud and their reputation with it. So they will look into it.

My friend also hot her with saying the books are poorly formatted because in most you cannot even get a preview. Not a major deal, but yet another thing to get their attention.

That maybe true, but the people that respond could point you in the right direction.

Every thread on amazon has to be approved before it shows up. Odds are if it is a slanderous one(even if its true) they will not allow it.

Amazon is not a freedom of speech site, more like a propaganda site.

And it is appreciated! This will help a lot of people who won;t even know they have been ripped off because a lot of these non con stories showing up are years old and no author activity in a long time.

I am going to copy and paste your latest additions into my main doc and send it to them

also Laurel provided me an e-mail address to send it to her as well.
