I don't know about whole families but I had experiennces with an uncle when I was a teenager and I have a thing with my half-brother as an adult. And I've known several sister-sister couples and a few daddy-daughter couples and brother-sister couples.

I doubt its ever been studies, but I bet its a high number, maybe 25% if you include (in)appropriate touching
