Non Familial Incest is between a family member and the spouse of another family member. In some cultures this still punishable as incest. In the UK it wasn't until the 1960's that the term incest was removed from divorce cases involving two family members.

So if I understand that right, it would be like me fucking my brothers wife? If so, that's not incest at all in my opinion.

There are quite a few social groups out there that help one another share these feelings and experiences. A long time ago, it was easier to talk about it, not really openly but at least with friends and a support group. That quickly got crushed by changing social norms. Fortunately, for a few of us, there are emerging technologies for people to connect with one another without having to live in the dark.
