Group "Marriage"

My husband and I have had a little group of friends for years who we swing with. It has been an occasional thing really and adds a little to our marriage.

For the past five weeks, we have had one of these couples staying with us, because they had a tree fall through their roof and it is taking time to fix.

Of course we have all had lots of fun together and it's been great. We have started thinking of it as a group marriage. They don't live far away and Dave and I are beginning to wonder what it would be like if this couple were more permanently in our lives.

I would be interested to hear from people who have actually been in this sort of relationship and how it worked out for them.

I have an SO, and we have a standing agreement that we're both free to have sex/fool around with anyone we've had previous sexual experiences with. That means that when I go down to visit some married friends of mine in Florida, I get to fuck them if I want, and that means that he gets to fuck a former FWB of his when he goes to visit her if he wants. I have no personal experience with this, but there is a series on Showtime called "Polyamory: Married and Dating" that follows real couples' lives in this lifestyle. I know there have been 2 seasons already aired, maybe on the 3rd season by now.

Predictably, it's not all humping and happiness. But it is interesting to watch.

It was quite like a double marriage for me in a way . My B,F. didn't live with Hubby and I but he stayed with us often , at least once a week , sometimes more . I was shared by both my hubby and B.F. for several years .

Good that people have their own definitions and probably dont care what would you consider a "true this or that". If they call it a group marriage then it is what it is for them even if they never touch each other.
