I honestly prefer some calf and forearm structure on a woman. It doesn't have to be ripped, but some mass there means you're someone who goes out an does things.

If you take a look at photos of the old assembly women from the WWII period you'll see what I'm talking about. They are all very feminine, yet they all still have the whole body strength to run heavy machinery.

I love strong, athletic legs, but not too thick (body builder). But I would take a soccer player or surfer's or gymnast or personal trainer or ... physique over runway model anyday.

Strong legs are amazing. A lady who has spent some time on the soccer field or riding a bike will have the most amazing legs. I'm not talking toothpicks either. I like legs that will follow me into the mountains carrying a backpack.

You don't have to go to the gym; squats and deadlifts just need a good bar and a reasonable amount of weight, and I've found they cover pretty much all of the back half.

Ok, so when you click on 'reply with quote' to a message, you scroll down just a bit to below the window where you enter text and click on the MANAGE ATTACHMENTS button. You click that and then you can BROWSE for a pic on your computer. I think that you're saying that you get this (?) and then pick a picture. You then click UPLOAD. When it finishes, this pic name will display in this sub-window. I think that you can then close that window to return to the main display where you can type in your message. Down under the MANAGE ATTACHMENTS buttons, you should see the name of your pic show up. If you click SUBMIT REPLY, your pic will hopefully show up. I hope these steps make sense?

it depends on what you define as "toned" and "athletic". its like when you say the term "in shape". my definition for those 3 are much different than I'm sure most of yours. I'm a yoga teacher, former volleyball player, and i work out 3-4 times a week (and by workout i mean using the heaviest weights i can lift, not doing hours of straight cardio). my bf is also a personal trainer so when we think of athletic- we mean muscular and those who WORK hard towards having those sexy, toned legs. its definitely sexy, to me, when a woman has super toned legs. many women envy to have those legs!! definitely not stick, super skinny legs.

Oh yes...curves. I don't think the legs have to be chiseled from marble but I want to see the calves flare out from the ankles. In profile I want to notice her hamstrings as they arch away from the knee and the ass....oh my the ass has to have all kinds of curves to accentuate her hips as well as a bit of cleft above the backs of the thighs. There there are the quads. As a cyclist I have special love for the quads. When I run my hands over them I want to feel the strength of one of the largest muscle groups under my hands.
