One girl before I got married, and then my wife.

The first girl I slept with I just casual met...and had sex for the first time with her (wasn't her first time though). It was good, but not good enough for me to take chances with pregnancy at the time, I was always overly paranoid about having children before I could give them a good life (although I did always want to have children eventually!).

Of my friends I have slept with by far the least amount of women though. Heck, even my friends in my 20's had all slept with at least 2-3 women and some had been married that many times already!!!

So it seems like the average number would be pretty high. I never looked up averages before, I wonder if women or men in general sleep with more people...or if gender doesn't have anything to do with it..and it's just a personal choice.

I know how that goes. I likely couldn't NAME more than 20-25. And could probably only remember 50 or so even without names. The majority of mine were before I was 30 and I'm 45 now. My ex and I were quite adventurous, so the number jumped again then, as we went to a few swing events and she brought several of her friends home for threeways. In the five years we were married, I slept with around twenty women and she was with me for all but maybe two.

Frankly I think the reality of being so physically and emotionally close to someone I don't know as well as I know my wife would bother me.
