My my people here are jugdgemental, a question was asked I the "How To" forum and you respond with this? Please show us your crystal ball NightL, you obviously know from looking into it that this questions is not valid.

Seriously, where do you get off chiming in with an unrelated response to his query?
Seems from past history when some raises a question you deem "not valid" you are judge, jury and excutioner!

I thought we already dealt with the subjects of respect, consideration, love, trust, consent and communication back here skytowner.

While my responses may not fit into the ideal world of masturbatory fodder seekers who display scant regard to their partners (or pretend partners). I do believe they are usually of topic.

As the single handed typists gather to revel in yet more "how do I make, convince, exploit, stuff a strangers cock down her mouth while I get off watching it and share the photos" all while plauding each other to offer up even greater stories of "What we will do to them..." I have no hesitation in pointing out that perhaps these views may not be conducive to meaningful relationships.

It seems there are dwellers here at Lit who are indeed a little impressionable and are all too eager to join in with the male jerk-off circles. Maybe one young male will rethink their attitude toward their partner, through reading one of my responses and similar responses from many others, and decide the jerk-off circle is just wrong, actually ugly and wrong. Perhaps they would like to reach greater heights of ecstasy and joy with their partner than the often misogynistic, back-slapping one handed typists will ever gain with hand. If just one young person changes their attitude, apparently away from the likes of your own, then I view my responses here worthwhile. I will wish them all the joy in the world they may attain alongside and with their partner or future partners.

I don’t believe I would ever discourage anyone who may ask “My wife and I have been wanting to jump off a building together for years. We discuss it regularly. How can we make this really enjoyable?”. My answer would be something along the line of “congratulations, have you considered parachutes?”. Yet if someone wrote “How do I convince my wife to jump off a roof? I get really hot just thinking about it. I've been thinking about taking photos after I push her, but she is carrying a few extra pounds. I still think she would be hot as she drops though. I would love to see her do this with another man” I may just suggest “Why don’t you try it out first yourself – with the other man” and not even mention the parachutes. Perhaps the wife could actually be consulted and take the photos. Unrelated response?

You know, newbies aren't always thinking that a poster on a erotic literature website are thinking with their brains. I try to remember that when I see someone posting a "judgment" comment like this. I was new once, too, and made a terrible error, which was pointed out to me immediately. I chose to take the high road and apologize for my ignorance and I sat back and just observed the boards for several months before I posted again. I have learned a great deal from this community and I value most of the opinions I see posted in here.

I am surprised, NightL, that you would even bother to make this kind of response. While I don't always agree with what you say, I respect your opinions and know that you are, in fact, speaking through years of experience and integrity. ~sigh~ Let it go. It's not worth a second thought.

The majority of us who hang out in the HT and HT Cafe are very conscientious of our responses, most of the time giving benefit of the doubt to the less than eloquent posers of questions. The majority of us know the smell of bullshit when it is in the air and aren't afraid to call it out. Equally, the majority of us have zero tolerance for the mistreatment of others. The first words most of us type in response to relationship issues are, "communication is key, have an honest talk with your partner", or some synonymic verbiage to that end.

NightL, you weren't the only one to question the OP du jur's ethics or intent. If an OP can not give adequate background to a question, then they are the ones at fault for the responses they receive.

I agree that most here do offer up cautionary messages to the wisdom of communication toward less communicative souls. My utmost respect for many here is why I enjoy the company and stick around.

I have apparently stepped on skytowner's toes before and was being respectful to the OP of the other thread (kind of) in diverting skytowner's response and future responses to my initial reply away from picture hosting suggestions. I still, however, stand by that reply. I also applaud those who provided similar responses.

I have no intention of preaching to the converted or placing my motives above any other person I respect here.

Starting this thread was more of a cautionary note to skytowner, and others, of "Are you sure you want to go down this path again?"
