I used to use breast pumps, nipple pumps and for a little while I tried hormone tablets as well. Combined with the fake vagina/vagina panties you can get quite close without surgery. Breast forms are also good but can be expensive. I suppose it comes down to how close you want to get and also how much you want to spend.

I dress girlie everyday and use breast forms that look and feel very real. They cost almost 400 dollars but are worth it. I love feeling feminine and looking the part.
