Certain people on here had themselves a real big laugh at my expense recently, and it wasn't a nice kind of "just messing with ya" either. I genuinely thought I had hurt someone unintentionally and I felt like shit about it. To their delight, my nose was further rubbed in it. Then I was told the truth, sort of, which did not make me feel much better about the whole episode. So I deleted all my posts, etc. to make it look like I was packing up and leaving Lit. to try and teach the boys a little lesson about playing fair and being nice (or as you put it, about lying and being a lowlife.) Fortunately for them, I didn't see my revenge all the way through as far as I had planned to take it.

So, now you know why I did that. If it makes me look suspicious, or like I'm covering my tracks, then so be it. In my mind, it was necessary to make my point. Far too many writers have been chased away simply because someone wants to be a big dick. In reality, or as I have been led to believe, we're all here to have fun and take a break from our real lives, and I'm alright with that as long as no one gets hurt. Additionally, I really didn't think anyone would notice I was gone except them.
