Yes you gotta know prices and what things are because there's a lot of fakes and just junk out there. I love to haggle over price of things it's like a game to me.

Yes, I watched TRT haggling over this toy model car. He was quite good at it and it looked interesting. He brought the price down for the model by half with an additional six other military figures thrown in (toy soldiers) the haggler seemed interested in. According to TRT, he believes that he gets the best value with just the model car. The military figures worth a lot less in his opinion :)

Evening all. Here as long as things permit. Tummy is jumpy again, have had two "attacks" so far today and I know full well they aren't over. Got back from dinner (I used to avoid eating when having them until I realized it didn't make a damned bit of difference) and ready to relax. If it doesn't calm down, I may need a few hours rest (sometimes that allows the issue to pass)

Children are likely not happening with me, unless I do hook up for life with someone at a late age. If she wanted them, it would not be off the table.

I used to say after 50 I would not consider it, but I have had some of my positions challenged in the past 8 years or so.

Never know at a auction what something might sale for that's the only bad thing if you're trying make money.

I won a maple sideboard that was handmade. You can tell by the joining and the relatively low number of nails used to build it. I love it and it is the one thing that I painstakingly polish and oil.

The one that really stunned me is that I got my china set. I didn't realize it was such an expensive set. I paid $300 for it and when I got it home it turns out that it is worth closer to $1000. Well it was, with the way the market has been who knows what it is worth now.
