Yes, because not wanting to risk turning my workplace, you know, the place I need to go to everyday to pay my bills whether I want to be there or not, into a hellhole of potential problems is important to me. It's not about comfort zones, it's about not shitting where I eat. But thank you for that incredibly useful advice.

Yet, I know that it does work out for some people, so, who knows?

If you have other job opportunities, and you think it's worth it, you could pursue it. Just keep in mind you might have to change jobs if it doesn't work out. :rose:
