Oh yeah it's difficult. But I think it is definitely something to aspire to. To stand strong and true, at least to yourself. Does that make sense?

Of course, although I think true to yourself can be hard to find sometimes, as many people are often confused and not that self aware about their own selves.

I think the hardest thing is defining your own moral and value code. And not simply adopting one that already exists. [laughs] The joys of being raised in an Existentialist household.

Honestly, I've done a course in a minor form of counselling and I think without it I wouldn't really know how to be true to myself, apart from my moral code. Self awareness is something that so many people lack, especially in this country where therapy and counselling is still taboo.
