Seems like things have been getting more active to the north. My seismic listening devices indicate a lot of movement, consistent with a herd of the undead.

I'm taking a truck out and I'm going to see what's what. There's a M35A2 Deuce in the motor pool that's been converted to a gun truck; the back is no longer for carrying cargo. There is a quad-fifty mounted back there. The army built them for anti aircraft use to defend against low flying planes. I guess they'll work nicely aimed at things at ground level too.

I plan on setting up near their "line of march" and picking off larger groups. See if I can't get them riled up enough to come after me in the big truck. They'll never climb the sides of that thing. If they bunch up like the deadheads always do, I'll use the flamethrower on them and then skedaddle before the mass of walking, burning undead can damage the truck. Then, I'll just move on and do the same technique further down their line.

Gotta make some sandwiches before heading out. Y'all be good. Or bad.

I'm not very steady in heels. So I'll either be moving very slowly or holding on to someone for support.
