Justice for Trayvon??

hey man, july is a cute chick and I like her, just cuz you're on the fuckin GB doesn't mean you gotta be a behind the computer screen bully shithead, FUCK OFF you dumb asslick, try having some fuckin humanity for shitsake, or is this all you do? dumb fucker.... waste of fuckin space

.....(thanks...:))

I don't know. There only defense is incompetence,
*Their*, you incompetent parent.

Well said. And, courageous of you to post in this crowd.

Many non-liberals agree with you and have voiced the same concerns over the past few years. People who never had a racist thought in mind have since come to resent the hysteria surrounding the "racist" accusations and the unfairness of many issues concerning this DOJ under the direction of this administration.

The key to good racial relations has always been equality and balance. More than ever before, the fairness of governmental influence has tilted severely toward promoting division, rather than balance.

She's as dumb as you so it makes sense you agree with the ignorant racist twatsicle.

What a shame we all can't move past skin color!

Seriously, such a shame. Then people of color can be discriminated against in perpetuity because those who do see skin color want it that way, and those of us special enlightened people have "moved past" it.

There will always be people who are unkind and treat people that way. They will find a way to have a "reason" to do that.

There, also will always be people who see people as people....

The problem, in the current time we live and with the current trial going on, is that when the potus makes statements as the leader of the country about a situation in one particular city in the country, then he is inserting his "power" in that situation.

When the Department of Justice uses tax money to help, start, technically support, etc groups of people protesting the same trial, then there is an obvious bias.

The potus nor the Dept. of Justice have not been this involved in any other case, especially if it does not include a person of color. Both are driving people to become angered and riled up about a case that should have been left to local authorities.

This does not seem like "justice for Trayvon".....it seems like "just get someone who killed a black person".

If this case were truly about the death of an innocent.....then this much attention would be paid to EVERY single person that is innocent and killed.

Just chalk that up as an example of the previously mentioned "racist" accusation hysteria. It runs rampant on the GB.

Boy, you are not kidding.

If ANY opposition to anything is given, it can be for the singular fact that the person with the opposing view is racist. There is NO WAY there can be any other reason...

What a shame we all can't move past skin color!

Indeed. And nothing shows parts of America hasn't, like all the self professed "not racists" who talked a big game about their tolerance towards them minorities, but turned out to not be able to stomach being governed by one.

It might help to remember exactly WHY this case garnered so much attention in the first place...An unarmed Negro kid was gun downed by a White (later Hispanic) cop wannabee, and even though the police had a dead body and a shooter, they initially declined to press charges of ANY kind.

Now, I don't know about you, but in my version of America I don't want cops decidin' guilt or innocence. If they had done their job and let the Grand Jury decide on the merits of Zimmerman's account, I don't think this case would have garnered much publicity at all.

The police and local district attorney absolutely failed to do their job, and people were outraged.

It would be, but Libs. won't let that happen. Racial differences that can be exploited are one of the major factors that keep them in power.

Yeah, I'm sure the "block the vote" and "no fucking spics EVAR" policies promoted by you and your fellow wingnuts have nothing to do with the fact that virtually every demographic other than bitter old white men such as yourself have deserted the Rapepublicans in droves.

White backlash against the civil rights legislation and the black ghetto riots that happened from 1964 to 1965 destroyed the New Deal coalition and lead to the Republican ascendancy. Any intelligent Democrat knows that.

Disappointments associated with the war on poverty and the civil rights movement are probably the main reason the federal government has lost the high prestige it had in 1964.

So, there was no way this was self-defense, in your opinion.

I guess I see my version of America as not letting a loud group of people deciding who needs to be arrested and who does not. I see my version as letting the police do their jobs and trusting that they ACTUALLY knows what happened as they were ACTUALLY there. NONE of these other people where. You were not, I was not.

I see my version of America is having a police force, justice system, etc that will do the right thing....without having any outside influence in the decision making because it is better off politically for it to happen one way or another.

(by the way, the Office in Charge (or whatever his title was), which was then fired, but testified that a complete investigation was made and that there was no indication of anything but self-defense. Seems that man, and his officers would have a much better idea of what happened than other people across the country.....Monday morning quarterbacking.)

This whole thing is racial...pure and simple.

What I believe?

I'm going off YOUR logic, July. The logic that you just presented in your post.

YOURS.

Nope.

I have no issue with race. Have no preconceived notions that anyone is lesser than anyone else.

I do think that the potus is angry.....and is using the half-black part of himself to "punish" as it were, those who he feels angry at.

You are correct. There is absolutely no way that this was a case of self-defense. Of course, since the victim was black and this shooter was white, I don't expect you to agree with me. And for the record, I do not believe you are a racist. I do, however, believe you routinely use race to justify your opinion.

The "complete investigation" is a matter of opinion. The Sanford police didn't even bag Martin's hands (to protect gunpowder residue from being washed away). Anyone who has seen even a couple of episodes of Law and Order knows this is basic police procedure.

The fact that obama is half black and half white mean absolutely nothing (he is half white...remember?)

It is actually the fact that the man who is governing has no freaking idea what he is doing. He is on a perpetual vacation and he and his wife are taking advantage of the time they have in the WH.

I could absolutely care less what color he is. I disagree with EVERY position he takes. He is ruining this country at a fantastic pace.....and just want him out!! Simple as that. His color DOES NOT MATTER!

A dead body and a choad holding a smoking gun is not sufficient evidence of a crime having been committed?

Like I said, a kangaroo court:

Former Sanford Police Chief: City Wanted an Arrest, Mishandled Evidence
by JOHN SEXTON 11 Jul 2013, 10:02 AM PDT

Former Sanford police chief Bill Lee says he was pressured to arrest George Zimmerman despite a lack of sufficient evidence to prove he was guilty of a crime.

In an exclusive interview with CNN, Lee recounts how a city manager asked him several times "Well, can an arrest be made now?" Lee also says a city commissioner came to him twice to deliver the same urgent message "It was related to me that all they wanted was an arrest. They didn't care if it got dismissed later."

CNN also asked Lee about the decision by the mayor of Sanford to play a 911 call with someone screaming for help for the Martin family without police present. The mayor invited the Martin family to city hall and played the 911 calls for them as a group. Lee told CNN "It should be done individually so there's no influence on the other people in the room."

The identity of the person screaming for help has been one of the most contentious issues in the case. Voice ID by experts became a major pre-trial battle and, after the judge ruled those experts inadmissible, both sides have presented multiple witnesses claiming they recognize the voice as either Martin or Zimmerman. Testimony at trial by two police officers indicated that Martin's father did not recognize the voice when he first heard the recording, though he later denied this on the stand.

The pressure placed on Lee because of the Zimmerman case led to him being fired in May of 2012. He had been on the job just 10 months. Asked if he has any regrets, Lee told CNN "I'm happy that at the end of the day I can walk away with my integrity."
