I've been toying with an idea of a community, where the residents are into BDSM. Thinking this would bend the rules by having a "Caste" system and anyone can a Dominate or Submissive.

Imagine Tom and Betty, Betty loves spanking other women and using her Strap-on .....

Do you mean Society of Dominants and Submissives? I'm sure it's possible, but you'd need a lot of people and some private land somewhere. Go for it. I'd have someone else print up the sign, though.
