Holy Shit.... WANT!

Whoacool...it's a spooky wood! I would have to resist the urge to flail around hysterically and swoon like the Disney version of Snow White during her flight.

I spent way more time than I should probably admit looking at the light itself and going "So...what does it do?" Then, I finally looked at the walls and figured it out.

Anyway, now that the brain-dead moment has passed, that does look cool as hell!

It is made from hand melted/softened glass, hand formed and hand shaped by one or more glass artists. My wife also works in melted glass and has seen the pic before, she says it was made by a guy who was a student of Dale Chihuly who is a world famous glass artist who lives and works in the Seattle area.

If you want it I suggest you bring money, lots of money and for gawds sake don't drop it. (LOL)

It is damn impressive isn't it.

Mike

hmmm...in the interests of affordability, i wonder if something similar could be achieved with paper or wax?

Primalex,

I somehow missed this when you first posted it.

I just want to say, "Thank you for sharing it with us."
