hey there it has been awhile..
Loads has happened - far too much to list here!
But in a nutshell.... I'm a Nona, all but one kidley have left home, my man and I are going strong, on waitlist for an operation on right elbow so not working atm, lost weight, and almost my 45th birthday
Life is ok.

flew out this morning to visit her kids & grandson till next Wednesday when she comes home. She has already been giving lots of cuddles & enjoying being over there with her family, her mum & brother flew up from Christchurch to catch up with her too.

Well, well, well.....
Here I am, a one-sixth owner of a racehorse!
I got bought an interest in a racehorse as a late Xmas pressie.
The trainer of this horse has won a few million with a couple of other horses over the last few yrs, so hopefully his good run continues!
My Chrissy continues
First a diamond, and now this!
How's everyone doing in the runup to Ozzie Day?
Plans?
I'm off to a charity day for the bushfire appeal, and am planning to imbibe generously (all proceeds going to a good cause, of course!)
Here I am, a one-sixth owner of a racehorse!

daughter went shopping & left bubs with granny by the time her daughter got home BANDIT was stuffed, she forgot how much effort it is to keep 14 month olds amused but loved every second of it.

My Australia Day will be spent on Dialysis so a very quite day for me.
Today was special as it was in 2004 that BANDIT
moved here to live with me.

I knew, but it has been a busy day today, so it kinda slipped my mind for most of the day!
I remembered on the way home, and rather than turn around and go back to town, I rang the bottlo to see if they're open tomorrow
They are, so I can pick up alcohol and ice on the way to friends.... sorted!
Spending the day on the beach/estuary mouth. There'll be heaps of people and activities, including a duck race on the estuary (all proceeds going to various bushfire appeals).
I might buy a duck this year

Tbh, I am hoping that system passes down over the mainland quickly and comes to Tas - I desperately need rain!
Had to order water for the house tank, the paddocks are crispy, and the dams are very low

Been thinking of you & the tribe. so glad all is OK for you all there, I have friends who arn't doing as well.
Sydney is facing 170KPH winds hitting around lunchtime & I have to go to the hospital. It's also been raining since late Australia & have had some local flooding.

Well Mother nature brought us a cyclone for Australia Day again... we barely got over the one from 2011, i think some nice Dom should go have a talk with Mother nature and explain all the things we had planned for our long weekend.
