The truth is the RW media (Fox News) is using one legally-authorized dude that NOBODY is complaining about to scare white people into voting for Republicans. If you wanted to make a legitimate complaint about someone completely abusing race you should point your finger straight at Fox News.

Subjectively intimidated or not, as long as either the KKK guy or the NBP guy behave like other poll-watchers--they behave in an objectively reasonable manner--they get to participate just like any other citizen.

This is in spite of an obvious point which VA kind of glides over: the KKK came into existence in order to deprive black people of their various newly won rights, including the right to vote. Needless to say, there's no history in the US of a black nationalist organization, or any other organization, working to prevent whites from casting a vote.
