Articulate? Witty? Come on in...

No I haven't. But they sound like something that will be listed on my next book store outing list.
I have no intention of judging anyone dear lady. I have too many habits of my own to be judgmental. And I'm all for anything that makes a woman squeal.
:p

Have you read any Rice?

Oh, look! It's my bedtime.

Night all, and thank you for a lovely time. ^.^

As one that loves pancakes I find pea pancakes an abomination and should be tossed in the darkest pit never to be seen or spoken of again

See, my problem is this. I eat very...particularly.

I don't eat white flour. Or lard.

So, I have to try to do it with whole white wheat, coconut oil, butter, or (and this sounds odd, but I've heard excellent things and variety is the spice of life), olive oil.

White flour does things to me. Horrible, terrible things that shan't be spoken of, for the night is dark and full of terrors. (Sometimes, I sneak it and woe...woe!)

I find it odd that you can use puff pastry or phylo dough then as they are made with normal unbleached white flour.

At this point I would advocate the graham cracker crust.

I cheat with those because they're delicious, and suffer the consequences.

Like Krispy Kremes. So good going down that they're worth a little physical nuclear winter.

I just ran across your thread. I have to disagree with your statement below.

Can you offer specifics sir? :D

"I disagree that Virginia is for lovers?"

I have broken through my stone skin to come to life* again for another weekend in solitude.
Thank you, Vampwrr, for creating a thread to goof around on for the weekend... It seems that someone always seems to do so, and it maintains popularity throughout the entire weekend.
Last week, it was Caylee who started it. :)

I do live in Virginia, and it really does not feel like 'Virginia is for Lovers'! If it was, then I would not have such an intimate relationship with my hand :p

*name this television reference*

Isn't it tragic about his Alzheimer's? Why Pratchett and not some crappy writer? *sniffs* Not fair.

Yeah. One of my favorite authors, Robert Jordan, was working on the 12th book of a story when he passed away a few years ago.

I've neither read nor seen anything Harry Potter related?

You're totally right:

In Virginia, it is against the law for people to have sex of any kind if they are not married. It is also against the law in Virginia for a woman and her husband to engage in oral sex. If you visit Virginia and go down on your wife while you're there, you're a criminal.

In the Commonwealth of Virginia, a married man may only have sex with his wife in the missionary position in their bedroom with the blinds &/or curtains closed between the hours of 10pm & midnight... Any deviation from this is illegal!

Damn... To get locked up for having sex in the bathtub standing while showering at 1pm... That would be so worth the jail time ;)

Honestly, I really don't care about archaic laws. I was just thinking of something to say.

I have no soapbox.

It's good to find a woman that full embraces the joy of pea-ness.

We are a rare and wonderful breed.

Just be glad that I'm too shy to construe my feelings regarding spinach...

Epic love poetry has less passion.

Do you like anything other than epic fantasy? Like urban fantasy? Have we discussed Jim Butcher? I'm too lazy to click on page 1.

Don't you remember?

Well...it could be a generational thing.

When I was young, we were told that if we ever felt unsafe to yell out, "I need an adult!".

This would have been like...mid to late 90's?

Ringing any bells?

Don't worry. You're safe. I am an adult :kiss::devil:

Butcher is awesome. As was Jordan. Supposedly at least he already had the ending down. If you want an erotic, female Butcher check out Laurell K. Hamilton.
