I read this yesterday and meant to come back when I was on my computer to answer. Yes and I would be surprised at anyone who said they didn't have them. However, I personally have to disagree with the third sentence as I think they do swell and press against the mouth. Because they are so painful, there is the urge, need even, to find someone to share it with in the hopes that the pain might be abated. Most times we conclude there really is no one who can understand our woe and thus, it does fester and root deep inside us... changing us... but for better or for worse?

Maybe both. Maybe it depends on the secret, but I think it depends on the person.
