Intelligence Is Guessing Correctly

Guessing often plays an important role, but if it were a function of pure guesswork there would have been an evolution towards better luck rather than an evolution towards higher intelligence.

And LUCK is the correct answer; well, a chunk of it. I suspect the real answer is finer pattern recognition skills.

If it were possible to evolve "towards better luck," which it isn't; no more than it is possible to evolve toward paranormal/psychic abilities, because they do not exist and are not physically possible.

But you dont know that, and besides, lawyers invent all kinds of artifical stuff they treat as real.

Well, I would never claim to know all that is possible and not possible in the universe, or even for man. I'll let others lay claim to that knowledge. Or guesses.

A law degree qualifies a person to do anything you can imagine, and explains why every board and commission and committee is packed tighter than a faggots ass with lawyers.

 No lawyer of my acquaintance, ever, would confuse the "reality" of a legal concept with the purported reality of a physical phenomenon.

Every few years we discover something no one dreampt existed.

Scientists have been searching for evidence of paranormal phenomena for more than a few years and come up dry; everything that appears to be evidence of such always evaporates under bright light.
