Accused Of Sexual Abuse!

An anonymous informant told the police George Zimmerman sexually abused her for 10 years, from when she was 6 to 16. She was too afraid of him to make him stop. The woman was 20 in 2005.

In 2005 George Zimmerman was 21. And that makes him 7-17 when the 'abuse' happened.

She also told the police George is a 'loud and proud' racist but denied she ever heard him say anything racist or ever observed him act out against blacks.

So I'm thinking, CHILD/CHILD 'SEX' ISNT A CRIME, ITS INADEQUATE SUPERVISION-NEGLECT. The cops take a report and advise the parents to keep the kids apart. So why release the tape of the 'sex' bizness?

The marvel of the 'sexual abuse' allegation is that our laws generally hold kids incompetent for many acts that are criminal for adults. I once had a 3 year old client start and drive his mom's car till he collided with a house trailer. Kids are notorious fire-starters. They shoot each other, etc.

What troubles me about the judge releasing the 'sexual abuse' tape is how criminal prosecutions are now spectacles and autopsies of whole lives. But then we live in an age where cops charge 6 year olds with sexual battery for kissing their teachers.

He's not in deep shit now. The whole deal is a media circus with plenty of sideshows by the Usual Suspects. The case isnt going anywhere, for a few reasons: Blacks will be on his jury and wont be foolish enough to acquitt George, so look for at least 2 hung juries before the state throws in the towel. The judge likely knows this and aids and abets the circus to appease the blacks. If George should be convicted, O'Mara will appeal based on the official circus, and the appeals court will reverse the conviction. I look for the judge to recuse himself soon.

At the end George will walk, and the prosecutor will retire to write her memoir.

I saw the report on the wire. The feds are intent on winning this case at all cost. Nothing like a good smear campaign to ensure victory.

He was a minor when this allegedly occurred. I find the accusation a bit incredulous. He allegedly started molesting her when he was like 8 or something. I just do not see an 8 year old having that kind of control over another child. Stranger things have happened but I still find it hard to believe. I further hold this whole story suspect due to it only being generated to be inflammatory against the defendant and has no relation to his case. The actions of the judge in this case is also suspect.
