The closest to icy hot my subs and I have experimented with is toothpaste. I've had mixed reactions to it (partly because obviously its different for everyone and partly because everyone uses a different toothpaste). Generally my subs have liked the feeling; some have liked it so much they compare it to a the likes of KY gel. I've had more success with the paste versions of toothpaste than gels. Gels tend to be more intense more quick, while pastes build slower and gives more time to adjust.

We've experimented with different spots, and the best results come from when appling it to the clit directly. As your are probably thinking this sounds kind of unsanitary, but keep in mind I do not recommend putting lots on.
