watch this... This is one of the more moving things I've ever watched...

Glad to see everyone had a good time posting today... I'm in an odd mood today... I'll pick back up tomorrow maybe.

Shiney... loved your scribbles... *hugs you tight*

to go with the original theme of the thread:

Passionate kisses-getting lost in them......forgetting the world.

Joy-is not always deep, passionate romance...but simply what this says.

Desire-the want....the need for something....

Each of these are beautiful to me for many different reasons.

A new day has dawned, the day has passed.....

Hi everyone,

Yep the day has passed and the eve has come and here I am too
See it's been busy here

Hi Scent, actually it was busy before you and I came on.

well Ryan... that's quite the little scenario you got going there! I take it this is your desire?

That is indeed remarkable... bravo to her for living her life as she was meant to. Would love to give her a big hug too... so much pain over the years. Sticky - did you watch the you tube video I posted last night? If not there's a link in my sig... again ... more triumph over tragedy and his mom... what an angel.
Oh Joy! that link... always thought those programs were a bit naff but now I'm just a mess. Thanks ... passion huh? So moving

Umm I really want to go there. It looks so beautiful. What languages do you speak?

English, Afrikaans, a bit of Shangaan, plus an inkling or understanding of a few European languages.

I was a very beautiful country, but I'm sad to say becoming very 3rd world, which breaks my heart. There are still a few places that have not been touched and they are awesome. Just as there are in the DRC where I served a period for the UN

That is sad. Is there still a lot of strife? Johannesburg looks so beautiful from the sky. Why is it becoming third world? Is there a huge "brain drain" ?

It still seems amazing to be chatting/posting with someone for whom the day has already past and is well into the evening - some even the next day

Corruption is rife, and please do not misunderstand me when I say this, but it is a fact, the powers that be in the most part are not qualified to fill those positions. The word that the world made into virtually a swear word "Apartheid" is still being blamed 18 years down the road. I am passionate about my country, passionate about wildlife, passionate about life, and concerned about the future of my kids. I watch my passions being destroyed daily.

Enough getting very ermmm passionate here in the wrong way

Hi Whalee

Lol even more difficult when you want to chat with others from various parts of the world, who wakes who who and when :)

:kiss::kiss:

Ok I'll back off on the intellectual stimulation. ;):D

Someday you need to post pictures like Don does. I would love to see where you lived and the beauty of you country.

So true.

I wish you felt more hopeful about your country. I can't imagine what life like that must be like. I was under the impression much progress is being made. I think Apartheid will be an issue for generations. Race in the US is SILL an issue and our war ended almost 150 years ago.

I will do that with the greatest of pleasure, I'll get a few together in the next few days
