Have you tried using a thin bit of wire the scratch the itchy spots? I have no cule if it'll work, but it might.

The itchy spots are mostly where the incision is so I'm scared to try and scratch.

Itching has to be the biggest complaint for anyone in a cast. You'd think someone would come up with something by now. They'd make a fortune from desperate people!!!!

Doin real good here! Finally have some hot weather and, as predicted, the ol' lungs are in repair mode. Yay! Need to loose weight now! Put it on coz I couldn't do much. Chrissy didn't help. It's all doable, though.

I used a wire coat hanger when I was in a full arm cast and it did help a lot. I had to be careful of the incision too but the rest of my arm was horribly itchy as well. I'm so happy to hear it's only one more week for you, Spicy!

I'm back and I'm feeling a bit better.

I am very bad about not opening up to my feelings as much as I should so I understand that.

I totally agree about remaining anonymous and sometimes it's just nice to know that you aren't the only one dealing with something as well.
