My grandparents never worked out, they lived to 90+. Its what you're born with, good heart, good genes, its the luck of the draw most times....in a perfect world.
 
being active is a lot of work.

Especially if you don't like what you're doing. I hated working out in the winter to get in shape for kayaking in the summer. But I loved kayaking in the summer, being in shape to get the most out of it and increasing my margin of safety.

I've actually found a workout that takes 20 min. Interval training. I lift weights also because I want to, I like the pump. But this cardio is quick and works....
