the Sabre can be used for insertion vaginally or Analy, and yes I do have experience of it both giving and receiving. There are a myriad ways to use it and the intensity varies according to dial settings. I'm not sure that it comes with a strap on I have only ever seen it handheld, I've only ever borrowed one although I would dearly like to own one. I'm trying to find a link for you.
